This 3,600-square-foot restaurant and bar is located on the upper level of the two-level Neiman Marcus store in Town Center Mall, Boca Raton, Florida. High ceilings and open sightlines give this restaurant a gallery image, with ample white space drawing attention and contrast to art, color, and texture. Floor-to-ceiling windows set a theme of natural light from the outside. Features include:

• The use of copper coil as abstract draperies that contrast with monolithic slab walls.
• A custom-designed runner introduced as an abstraction of the grasses from the subtropical savanna, together with the bold, vertical simplicity of tall windows that let in views of south Florida banyan trees.
• A long, hand-blown glass frieze designed as an abstraction of wind moving through grasses.
• Hand-troweled multicolored plaster accents that draw inspiration from food, such as avocado, sorbet, and chocolate.
• A Floridian-style lanai terrace that functions as a private dining room.
• A dark striated wood in shifted planes that sets a rich, dark atmosphere for the bar area.
• A bar front that is back-lit with changing LED lighting.
