This 145,000-square-foot, two-level Neiman Marcus store in Boca Raton, Florida, incorporates the Neiman Marcus philosophy of “modern luxury” together with a design theme that fits the Florida tropical lifestyle. As a former Lord & Taylor store, the building interior was completely demolished, and the shell was expanded and given a new exterior skin with new entries. Throughout the store, colors and materials were selected to support a regional setting and “fusion” of Boca Raton tropical meets urban “chic.”
